What To Expect After Booking
When you book with us for the first time, you'll receive two text messages. The first will confirm your appointment date and time, and the second will include our service agreement. Please read and sign the agreement before your appointment.

After scheduling your appointment, you'll receive a reminder text two days beforehand. Please confirm your attendance by responding to this message. If you miss it, don't worry; we'll send another reminder the day before your appointment. Confirming helps us prepare for your visit.
Arriving 15 minutes late may require rescheduling to maintain safety and keep our groomers on track for the day. If you anticipate being late, please call us in advance to see if we can still accommodate you without disrupting our schedule.

What to Expect At My Appointment
When you arrive, one of our friendly staff members will greet you. Your groomer will then discuss your pet's specific grooming needs and preferences. We'll collect your pet's vaccination records for our files.
Dog grooming usually takes 3 to 4 hours, and cat grooming 2 to 3 hours, though times
may vary based on the pet's size and style requirements.

After we finish, we'll notify you via text or call. We ask that you wait for our message before coming to pick up your pet, as arriving early can make your pet anxious and may delay the process.
Payment is preferred at the end of the appointment to accommodate any changes due to promotions or additional fees.
Lastly, we encourage you to rebook your next appointment to secure your preferred date and time. We look forward to serving you and your furry friend!
Service Agreement
Safety of the Groomer and Pet
Our team prioritizes the safety of both our groomers and your pets. We reserve the right to refuse grooming services if we believe that it is unsafe for anyone's health or safety. A muzzle may be used when necessary. Inform us if your pet has shown aggression or has bitten any person or animal before. You are responsible for any harm or damage caused by your pet.
Cancellations
Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. A $30 fee per pet applies for late cancellations or no-shows. We encourage you to reschedule promptly to avoid these charges.
Pet Pick-Up
Appointments typically last 2 to 3 hours. Once we notify you that your pet is ready, please pick them up within an hour to avoid additional fees.
Vaccinations
Ensure your pet's rabies and Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccinations are up to date as required by federal law.
Fleas
If we find fleas on your pet, we'll treat them immediately to maintain a flea-free salon. Charges for this service will be applied on the same day.
Veterinary Care
If veterinary care is needed, we will try to contact you. If unavailable, we will act in your pet's best interest and you will cover any costs. If your vet is not accessible, we may choose another. We are not liable for conditions found during grooming. Report any post-grooming veterinary care within 24 hours for potential reimbursement at the discretion of owner Kristin Hansen.
Additional Fees
Extra fees may be added for flea treatment, special handling, matting, special shampoos, after-hours pick-up, cancellations, no-shows, and express services. We will inform you of these fees when possible, but some may be applied immediately for safety and cleanliness.
Matted Coats and Undercoats
Matted or packed fur can cause health issues, including infections and pain. We are not liable for effects from de-matting or uncovering problems in neglected coats. You agree to cover costs for de-matting, determined solely by our staff.
Photos
You consent to us taking and using your pet's photos for social media and advertising.
Right to Refuse Service
We retain the right to refuse service to any pet or client at our discretion.
